Meet the Managing Director of the Atlanta Chapter

Gwendolyn Syphoe is a dedicated community leader, entrepreneur, and accomplished professional with decades of experience in administration, event management, marketing, and organizational leadership. As the Managing Director of Queens on the Greens, she is committed to creating meaningful experiences that promote fellowship, wellness, empowerment, and community engagement among members.

A proud graduate with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Gwendolyn has enjoyed a distinguished career in higher education, government, corporate administration, and business ownership. She is the owner of Gale Promotional Products, LLC, doing business as Fashion Fit Over 50, a brand that celebrates confidence, style, and healthy living for women over 50.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills and servant leadership, Gwendolyn has successfully coordinated conferences, community initiatives, fundraising events, and outreach programs. She believes in leading with integrity, compassion, and excellence while fostering an environment where every member feels welcomed, valued, and inspired.

As Managing Director of Queens on the Greens, Gwendolyn is passionate about building lasting relationships, encouraging active participation, and developing programs that celebrate sisterhood, personal growth, recreation, and service. Her vision is to cultivate a vibrant organization where members connect, support one another, and make a positive impact throughout the community.

When she is not organizing events or growing her business, Gwendolyn enjoys baking, golfing, fashion, mentoring women, spending time with family, and creating opportunities that bring people together.
